Double Pipe Strainer Method for the stability of shafts and shields, and protection of soil retention deficiencies.

Forming a homogeneous improved ground by injecting quick-setting grout using a double pipe and a special tip device. Construction is environmentally friendly with minimal industrial waste disposal.

This construction method is based on performing primary injection using a double-tube injection rod at each step to inject a quick-setting gel time while preventing diffusion beyond the specified area, followed by secondary injection to inject a slow-setting gel time to achieve uniform penetration into the voids between soil particles, thereby forming a homogeneous improved ground. 【Applications】 ● Stabilization of the bottom slab and backfill of the shaft (waterproofing and increased strength) ● Protection of soil retention deficiencies ● Stabilization of the face of shield tunneling or thrusting ● Prevention of loosening in the route section of shield tunneling or thrusting ● Stabilization of the backfill and bottom slab of deep foundations (waterproofing and increased strength) 【Features】 ● It hardens to a moderate firmness, so it does not interfere with excavation. ● The machinery is compact, allowing for construction in narrow areas. ● It can be applied freely in any direction, 360 degrees. ● There is minimal industrial waste, enabling environmentally friendly construction. ● It can be applied to all types of ground (especially effective for sandy soils). ● It generates little vibration and noise.
